        A full breakfast and seminar notes are  included in the registration price. Four (4.0) PDH credits are given to those SEAOSC members who have enrolled in SEAOSC's optional Professional Development program.

Time: Registration: 7:30 a.m.; Seminar: 8 a.m. - 1:45 p.m.

Reservations: Make reservations ASAP via website registration.  Reservations limited.  "Walk-ins" may not be accepted.  

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given after Jun. 2 when the guaranteed count is due to the hotel.  Seminar notes will be sent to you if you cancel your registration after Jun. 2. Registrations received before Jun. 2 will have a confirmation sent electronically on or before Jun. 2  Confirmations will not be sent for registrations received after Jun. 2 unless registrations are received by website.
